Judson Center provides full and part-time employees with a generous and competitive benefits package which includes:
Judson Center provides health insurance coverage through Blue Care Network (BCN). The biweekly employee contributions are based on each employee’s annual salary, this allows lower compensated employees to contribute less than higher compensated employees. Eligibility is the 91st day of full-time employment.
This plan allows you to use pre-tax dollars set aside to pay for eligible health care expenses for you, your spouse, and your eligible dependents. You save money on expenses you’re already paying for, like doctors’ office visits, prescriptions, and much more.
This option is available to medical plan enrollees only. Judson Center reimburses all “Qualified Employees” and their eligible dependents up to $150 every 2 years for select vision services and products.
Judson Center pays the entire premium for basic dental coverage through Principal EPO. Another plan with a wider network of providers is available through Principal PPO for a biweekly premium contribution. Eligibility is effective the 91st day of full-time employment.
Life, AD&D (2x annual salary) and Long Term Disability Insurance (2/3’s of monthly salary to maximum of $4K per month) are entirely paid for by Judson Center. Eligibility is first of the month after 90 days of full-time employment.
Supplemental Employee, Spouse, Child Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance. Premium contributions are paid through biweekly payroll deductions. Eligibility is the 91st day of full-time employment.
11 paid holidays annually with immediate eligibility. Part time employees receive Holiday Pay on a prorated basis.
Accrual is 10 days annually for the first two years of service, 15 days annually for years 3-5 and 20 days annually from the sixth year on. Part time employees accrue vacation on a prorated basis.
Accrued at the rate of 8 hours per month to a maximum accrual of 520 hours. Part-time employees accrue on a prorated basis.
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401k. Employees can enroll after 90 days of employment and become eligible for the employer match. The employer match is 100% of the first 3% of regular compensation plus 50% of the next 2% of compensation tax deferred.

Judson Center and Child Safe will award a referral bonus to employees who refer candidates that have completed 90 active days of employment.
