Our services are centered around evidenced-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy with a focus on a continuum of care from toddler to young adult.

Meet our Autism Care Team

Melissa Wilson

Associate Clinical Manager
Farmington Hills

Melissa received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science with a Human Services concentration from Albion College and her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University. Melissa is an Associate Clinical Manager at our Farmington Hills location, overseeing the implementation of intensive applied behavior analysis services for children with autism ages 2-18.

Hannah LaFontaine

Associate Clinical Manager
Ann Arbor

Hannah graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, then received a Master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University. Hannah has worked as a BCBA in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Michigan. Her favorite part of being a BCBA is working with families to find what strategies will practically and functionally work for them.

Sarah Deland, BCBA, LBA, LMSW

Associate Clinical Manager
Royal Oak and Bridges to Success

Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Social Relations from Kalamazoo College, a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a BCBA certification from the University of Massachusetts. Currently, she is Associate Clinical Manager at our Royal Oak location, overseeing intensive applied behavior analysis services for individuals with autism. Before this role, Sarah was a Behavior Analyst at Judson Center, focusing on social skill development for children with ASD and aiding in transitions to natural and school environments. She also provides continuing education training on ABA and behavior management.

Lauren Johnson, M. Ed, BCBA, LBA

Associate Clinical Manager
Flint

Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She has worked in the field of ABA for over a decade and has served as a BCBA since 2018. She enjoys supporting her team and her clients' goals in Autism Connections. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening, playing video games, and spending time with my family.
